Changing the show location is never a simple task and when preparations are further complicated by the national and international political climate of the last few weeks, the EURO 2016, the uncertainties created by a lukewarm first half-year and the weather, the stakes are even higher. But the gamble paid off for this Lyon edition which satisfied both exhibitors and visitors.

The 2016 Finale de l’Euro soccer championship scheduled for 10 July in Paris will clearly complicate trade show logistics, so Eurovet has decided to move this summer’s Mode City and Interfilière to Lyon. The trade shows presenting and promoting the summer trends will be held in Lyon’s Eurexpo Exhibition Centre, Halls 5 and 6, on 9-11 July 2016.
As the doors closed on another session, exhibitors and visitors shared the same high levels of satisfaction and feeling of accomplishment in what they achieved at the show. A slight rise in visitor numbers was recorded, which is fairly exceptional given the economic climate and recent international events. This success can be attributed to the mobilization of the profession as a whole, which continues to see the show as an unmissable event in the Intimates calendar.
Interfilière Paris presents this new session’s show in a wonderfully feminine and authentic showcase, where human relationships are even more important. The entire intimates and beachwear community will be offered an overview of market directions and trends, technological innovations and surprising encounters on January 23, 24 and 25.

The next Interfilière trade show will be held 24, 25, and 26 January at the Porte de Versailles in Paris, in synergy with the Salon International de la Lingerie.
A busy and quietly confident session
After a calmer first day than usual, with work getting off to a slightly later start in the morning, appointments at the stands were generally well-paced and focused. In-depth discussions were held and meetings were of a high standard.
